If on receipt of the first Issue of your new yearly subscription you are not satisifed with the product, contact us in writing, enclosing the Issue and we will refund your year's subscription minus a £15 administration fee within 30 days. At the end of your year's subscription, you are always given the choice whether to renew or discontinue your subscription.
